<p>This June, Wasing Estate will be holding their fantastic literary wellness festival for the second year running. A big old celebration of mindfulness,&nbsp;Well Read&nbsp;will see a weekend filled with words, wisdom, and wellbeing, with a starry line-up of guest speakers including Miranda Hart, Prue Leith, Alexander Armstrong, plus many, many more. As well as an assortment of inspiring talks, attendees can enjoy a range of hands-on experiences including wild swimming, woodland meditation, and reading nooks. Sounds like my idea of heaven.</p>

<p>Hangovers? Pfft, that is sooo last year. Nowadays it&#8217;s all about breathwork, matcha lattes, and ice baths. Yep, all that and more is on the lineup at Verve Wellness Festival. Expect an incredible array of wellbeing activities and workshops, such as Pilates, yoga, sound gongs, breathwork, life coaching, hypnosis, ice baths, journaling and gratitude. There are treatments too, plus epic food stalls and a night of dancing under the stars to the resident DJ.&nbsp;The only thing getting outrageously trashed here is your stress levels. I&#8217;ll take it to be honest.</p>

<p>Wilderness, much loved Oxfordshire festival, returns this summer for a four-day boutique experience. There’s top-tier music (previous headliners: Chemical Brothers, Christine and the Queens, Fat Boy Slim), long-table banquets, woodland parties, theatre, film, dance, wild swimming, a pop up spa and SUP yoga. There’s no half measures either &#8211; you’re either in with both feet or not &#8211; with only weekend tickets available. Join the party!</p>

If a lie down in a field sounds pretty appealing right now, get your tickets booked stat for Suffolk&#8217;s answer to Latitude, but for the soul-searching, yoga-loving crowd. This three-day wellbeing festival brings together yoga flows, gong baths, reiki, and therapy tents with live music, wellbeing workshops, and fireside talks on everything from grief to gut health. Wander with a cup of warm cacao, dip into a cold plunge, or melt into a wood-fired hot tub as the sun sets (manifesting sunshine as we speak). It’s connection, community and calm – with a festival twist. Definitely worth the trip out of county.</p>

Whether it&#8217;s dipping into a podcast recording, listening to awe-inspiring talks from the likes of Tulisa, Matt Haig and Ruby Wax, or enjoying a spot of shopping, there&#8217;s something for everyone here, kids included. It&#8217;s all the proof you need that festivals can in fact be good for you.</p>
