Hosted by private chef Nina Zenovya who specialises in unprocessed food that nourishes the soul, you’ll get a cocktail on arrival followed by six whopping courses. Now that’s what I call a breaky. Ricotta Pancakes, smashed avo, milk buns with buttermilk fried chicken, pulled beef brisket, and fruit platters await – all zhuzhed up to the max. This might just be the most coveted supper club ticket in town. Hot off the presses, Muddy fave Thames Lido is launching a series of collaborative ‘four hands’ events where they will be welcoming local restaurants, chefs, and suppliers to collectively celebrate the seasons with good food, wine, and company. The first one with TV chef and owner of Bray’s Caldesi in Campagna, Giancarlo (26 Mar) has already sold out. But be rapid when tickets for the next one with Hundred Hills Winery (23 Apr) get released. A stunning 5 course meal celebrating the changing of the seasons, each paired with one of their exquisite sparkling wines for £55pp. Keep your eyes on their socials for announcements.

Wellington Farm Shop, Hook

Intimate dining with a huge field to fork ethos? We love supper clubs at Wellington Farm Shop near Reading. Lots of the produce used comes straight from the farm itself including the lamb on their Spring Supper Club menu. Join them on 9 May for five gorgeous courses plus welcome drinks, nibbles, and petit fours to finish. £80 without wine or £100 with wine pairing.

The Waterside Inn, Bray

For luxury loafing (and if you’ve got a spare grand hanging around), head to Alain Roux’s three Michelin shiner for spring supper clubs in a whole different league. First up is Château Kirwan Wine Tasting and Dinner (21 Mar) – a five-course menu, carefully crafted by Alain Roux, with incredible wine pairings. There’s King’s Fine Food Caviar Dinner on 24 Apr, indulgent fine dining at its best with special guest Laura King MBE. Then finally, don’t miss the whopper happening on 9 May – Six-Hands Dinner with Alain Roux, Raymond Blanc OBE and Luke Selby. Three inspired chefs together in one great kitchen? New for 2024, ritzy five star The Vineyard near Newbury introduces their Meet the Pros series – super exciting masterclasses showcasing ingredients and products from different top notch suppliers and wine producers. First up, Tim Marshall from Porthilly Shellfish and James McLean from Chapel Down Winery roll up on Wed 10 Apr where you’ll be treated to a three-course meal with all their finest produce. £89pp. Judgement of Paris Wine Dinner follows on 17 May, set to be their signature wine dinner of the year with an exquisite 5 course tasting menu, paired with both French and Californian wines (two per course). Seasonality, which won the Good Food Guide’s best restaurant in the South East last year, is hosting three exclusive supper tasting dinners this spring. Bolt over to the Maidenhead-based restaurant on 29 & 30 Mar, 26 & 27 Apr, and 24 & 25 May for three different evenings that celebrate the very best produce of the season. The first tempting menu includes wild garlic, white asparagus and delicate sweetness of pear, chicken kiev with an elegant truffle twist, and a crowd-pleasing creamy chocolate cheesecake to finish. The king of supper clubs, Sadgrove Supper Club has got it all – multiple courses featuring brand new dishes, a rustic communal feast with a maximum of 36 guests sharing one long table and bring your own booze! “Our ethos is sustainable, foraged and fermented,” says head chef Matthew Dorich. And by sustainable he really means it – there’s a zero waste policy which his team lives by. Conceived as a developmental kitchen, there are usually six courses at each supper club. Step into spring on 11 Apr with their Nyetimber Dinner – a seasonal menu meticulously crafted by Dominic Chapman with an English sparkling wine pairing. The following week, another fabulous dinner (18 Apr) awaits with six courses bringing delicious flavours from their spring larder. Dig your fork into large line caught Plaice, Asparagus, Morels, Squid, and Spring Lamb. £85pp.

Danesfield House, Marlow-on-Thames

A setting suave enough to persuade the Clooney’s to host their wedding reception there, Danesfield House is hosting one of its iconic Supper Clubs with Chef Joe Bartlett on 14 Apr. Taking place in the beautiful Chiltern Suite, guests will enjoy a menu focused heavily on sustainability, wild food, and the best produce Britain has to offer. Roasted lamb, gurnard in curry sauce, and warm dandelion honey madeleines are just a few of the delights coming soon to a plate near you. He’ll be at The Christopher Hotel in Eton on 12 Apr too in case you can’t make it. £59pp.

Five Bells, Wickham

You’re cordially invited to scale the culinary peak at Five Bells in Wickham’s Alpine Supper Club (27 Mar). You’ll get an Aperol Spritz on arrival before enjoying three courses that will transport you straight to the Swiss alps.
