<p>It&#8217;s no secret I was a <em>pretty</em> big fan of Damson restaurant in Winterbourne before it heartbreakingly shut up shop back in September. Naturally then, I was relieved to learn I could still grab a taste of the Michelin Guide eatery&#8217;s excellent cooking. Introducing Patsy Bistro &#8211; a private dining catering company run by power couple Jake Craughwell and Hannah Rudland. Jake, previously Head chef at Michelin-starred The Woodspeen, now cooks up restaurant-level nosh and brings it to your home. And the menus sound absolutely heavenly. Choose from a three, five, or seven course banquet or bespoke option, plus optional paired wine flights &#8211; all overseen by hostess with the mostest Hannah. Prices are very reasonable considering the unreal quality.</p>

Her training is rooted in classical techniques and inspired by global flavours. And her food is, let me tell you, top-notch. Nowadays, get her over for your own private dining experience at home. She can create bespoke menus in various cuisines and dietary requirements, provide complete kitchen management and cleanup, plus fresh, locally sourced ingredients are used throughout her menus.
