<p>Just opened: the slinky terrace spot where the food’s hot, the views are hotter, and you&#8217;ll be fighting both locals and the London weekend crowd to get a reservation. Curated by executive, Michelin starred chef Adam Smith, <a href="https://www.dorchestercollection.com/ascot/coworth-park/dining/tide" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">TIDE</a> is the new seasonal dining terrace restaurant at five star Coworth Park which celebrates the summer’s bounty. It&#8217;s officially open from now until the end of August (Fri &#8211; Sun) and I&#8217;m already salivating over the menu. </p>

<p>Find it located on the upper terrace of the Mansion House with a menu that showcases the finest British produce from land and sea. Think Cornish day-boat fish, Kentish strawberries, and herbs from Coworth Park’s own kitchen garden. Signature dishes include grilled scallops with buttermilk and hot sauce; native lobster paccheri with black truffle and aged parmesan; and a ‘Panzanella’ salad with Isle of Wight tomatoes and grilled prawns. <p><em>Finally</em>, the neighbourhood is getting the caffeine fix it deserves. Say hello to <a href="https://www.instagram.com/mio.fiore.coffee/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Mio Fiore Coffee</a>, the new coffee shop that’s here to save your soul (and your morning) one oat milk latte at a time. They&#8217;re based at Inch&#8217;s Yard in Newbury (at the former site of the Flower Pot Café) where the team behind Muddy Award winning Mio Fiore are bring their caffeine A-game. It&#8217;s a super slick hangout spot open seven days a week.</p>



<p>For something far spicier, how about a new modern Indian restaurant coming to Winnersh? <a href="https://www.instagram.com/club.india.uk/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Club India</a> by Chef Awanish Roy officially swings open on 10 July &#8211; a celebration of heritage, cuisine, and community. Not just a dining spot, the place will also triple up as a bar and hotel and is set in the former Pheasant Pub on Reading Road. The reimagined space blends Indian heritage with warm hospitality, a heritage-inspired menu, and modern flair. Can&#8217;t wait to try.</p>

<p>A new pub for the summer&#8230; cracking.
