The best part is the start of English Wine Week <strong>(20 – 28 Jun)</strong> arrives just in time for you to try the very best wines bountiful Berkshire has to offer. Run by siblings William, Georgie, and Thomas, the vineyard has a philosophy based around sustainability, and prides itself on being family run by three generations of farmers. Us? Our mouths are currently watering over the Bacchus white. It&#8217;s similar to a Sauvignon Blanc and is lifted by floral aromatics with notes of ripe green apple, elderflower and fresh asparagus. The refreshing wine is hand harvested and undergoes gentle pressing to preserve the delicate aromatics.
