<p>Having opened just over a year ago, you&#8217;ll find Naz&#8217;s light, bright and perfectly formed private Reformer Pilates studio nestled away just off Ascot High Street. But this isn’t Naz’s first rodeo. Leaving behind her London studio after relocating to the area, she has since built a steady local client base. And the list is only growing. Her 1-1 class is absolutely brilliant and I can&#8217;t sing and shout about it enough. It&#8217;s an incredibly tailored and bespoke experience, and Naz seriously knows her stuff. <p>One of the newest Reformer Pilates Studios near Reading, and near Berkshire for that matter, each session is small (just five people max), so it feels more like VIP coaching than a group workout. It&#8217;s set in a serene Wellbeing Studio with unreal countryside views, and the instructors are total experts &#8211; gently but firmly guiding every move so you’ll walk taller, feel stronger, and wonder why you didn’t start sooner. A single class for non-members is £25.</p>
