Oh, what a beautiful day seeing our official Berkshire Muddy Award Winners for 2025 come together in the sun at the stunning The Belgian Arms pub in Holyport. We showed up, showed out, and got our glam well and truly ON.

For one evening, our fabulous winners downed tools to celebrate their success with a glass of the fizzy stuff and some pretty extraordinary canapés. Hello cauliflower cheese tartlet!

Hosted by our 2024 winner for Best Destination Pub, The Belgian Arms is a literal pocket of Eden with a stunning garden that overlooks a fairytale-like pond. Thankfully, no tipsy tumbles.

But they really did pull out all the stops with some unreal bites – just a little snapshot of what’s on offer on their seasonal British menu that oozes gastronomical excellence.

Thankfully after a stormy day that pushed me to breakdown levels of stress, the sun Gods shined down on us.

Our 21 lifestyle business winners saw everyone from Giancarlo and Katie Caldesi from Caldesi in Campagna in Bray for Best Restaurant…

…to Shane and Tara from Loddon Brewery near Reading for Best Local Food/Drink Producer.

Then, I stepped up to the imaginary mic to bumble my way through a speech and raise a toast to everyone’s mega achievement.

That’s not forgetting our utterly fabulous photographer for the night, Liv Humphery, who managed to snap some absolutely stunning pics. Don’t we scrub up well? Thank you Liv, you absolutely smashed it.
