Not your average pub fare, on the menu at The Bunk Inn you’ll find a sunny assortment of tapas-style dishes, from loaded flatbreads and tempura prawns to rich meats fresh off the grill. The hanging kebab is a showstopper, but if you err on the side of traditional, not to worry. A perfectly formed drool-fest of pub classics will be there to hold your hand.

A kids menu, Sunday roast, set lunch, and hearty breakfast is also available, and Mon – Sun (3pm – 7pm) kids eats for a whopping £1. Yes really. Stuffing your face is tiring work. Thankfully, The Bunk Inn have a handful of cosy rooms to rest your weary head. All lodgings come decked out with a king bed, WiFi, TV, en suite, and Nespresso coffee machine as standard. Pampered pooches are welcome to join in one of the designated dog-friendly rooms too.

As for the pub itself, expect a light and bright dining space which leans into a deliciously traditional pubby vibe. Think exposed brick, oak beams, and one killerwatt garden that’s an absolute suntrap in the summer. Overlooking vast open greenery, the views are pretty hard to beat.
