<h2 class="wp-block-heading">BEES KNEES</h2>



We&#8217;re buzzing about this Prohibition Era cocktail, served shaken and chilled.

<ul><li>50ml&nbsp;<a href="https://berkshirebotanical.co.uk/products/berkshire-botanical-honey-orange-blossom-gin">Berkshire Botanical Honey and Orange Blossom Gin</a></li><li>20ml Lemon Juice</li><li>1 tbsp Runny Honey</li><li>Orange&nbsp;or Lemon Twist</li></ul>



Method



Pour the Honey and Orange Blossom Gin,&nbsp;Juice and Honey&nbsp;into a&nbsp;cocktail shaker over plenty of cubed ice and shake until the contents are thoroughly chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass, then garnish with a long strip of lemon or orange peel, first twisting the peel over the glass to release its oils.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">FLORADORA</h2>



Think pink this summer. Floradora is a long cocktail inspired by inspired by the musical of the same name that opened in London 1899.

Ingredients



<ul><li>50ml&nbsp;<a href="https://berkshirebotanical.co.uk/products/berkshire-botanical-rhubarb-raspberry-gin">Berkshire Botanical Rhubarb and Raspberry Gin</a></li><li>20ml Fresh Lime Juice, plus a slice of lime</li><li>10ml Sugar Syrup</li><li>Fresh raspberries</li><li>Dash of Ginger Ale</li></ul>



Method



Add the Rhubarb and Raspberry Gin, lime juice, sugar syrup and 2-3 fresh raspberries to a cocktail shaker. Fill with plenty of cubed ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh cubed ice, using a fine strainer to remove any raspberry seeds. Top up with a dash of ginger ale and garnish with a slice of lime and a raspberry.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">YATTENDON MARTINI</h2>



Probably the most famous cocktail of all time, but with a hint of pine. No Toilet Duck comparisons, people, it gives this martini a light, crisp, refreshing flavour.

Method



Pour the Dry Gin, Vermouth and Cordial into a mixing glass over plenty of cubed ice and stir gently until the contents are thoroughly chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass, then garnish with a long strip of lemon peel, first twisting the peel over the glass to release its oils.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">DANDY CUP</h2>



It&#8217;s one way of getting rid of your weeds… sling them in your drink. This refreshing highball cocktail is sweet, summery and delivers a kick.

Method



Add the Dandelion and Burdock Gin to a glass filled with cubed ice. Add the ginger ale, stir gently, then top with the sparkling wine. To finish, garnish with fresh orange slices and a sprig of mint.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">SLOE G&amp;T</h2>



Up-level your usual G&amp;T with a sloe gin twist. More of a late summer vibe, but a delicious alternative.

Add the Sloe Gin and&nbsp;tonic to a glass filled with cubed ice. Stir gently then top with the slice of orange.
