<p>Festive and fancy. Muddy Award-winning café The Collective in Caversham is back selling Christmas trees, but this time with bells on. Grab a posh cuppa and delicious treat to see you through the decision-making process and raid its  Bottle Shop to help with the fairy-light untangling and decorating. Christmas all wrapped up. <p>If you like to buy your tree with hint of old fashioned grandeur, head to Caversham Court Gardens. Christmas Tree sales kick off on Sat 7 Dec. Not only can you pick up your gorgeous tree in the grounds of this historic park, you can pick up unique decorations to add to your tree. There will be local beekeepers with honey and candles, and natural gifts too. All the festive feels.</p>

<p>A family run farm just outside Lambourn with 7,000 beautiful trees waiting to fulfil their Christmas destiny. It&#8217;s a choose and chop farm, so rock around the Nordman Firs, find your fave and, chop chop, it&#8217;ll be cut there and then, slipped into a biodegradable netting and off you go. The farm is open every day except Mondays from now – 22 Dec, 9am-4pm.</p>

<p>This excellent garden centre in the village of Aldermaston is making picking out your tree a total joy. There are both cut and potted trees available in both Fraser Fir and Nordmann Fir varieties, all grown in the UK. Plus there&#8217;s decorations and gifts in the shop and you can book festive breakfast with santa to make it extra special for your littlies.</p>

<p>King Charles&#8217;s 20ft Norway Spruce is cut from his back garden &#8211; and you can have one too. It might not be a royal whopper that takes 13 hours to decorate but the Nordmann Firs and Norway Spruces have plenty of regal splendour. The shop also has logs, wreaths, fresh holly and mistletoe, gorgeous decs and fresh game. Just add mulled wine and you&#8217;re good to go deck the halls crazy. Head to the Forest Gate now (Mon-Fri, 11am–7pm and Sat-Sun, 9am-5pm).</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-newbury-christmas-tree-farm-newbury"><a href="https://www.newburychristmastreefarm.co.uk/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Newbury Christmas Tree Farm</a>, Newbury</h2>



<p>Christmas trees don&#8217;t come fresher than this! This is a choose and cut farm just off the A34 near Woodspeen. Explore the 25-acre plantation and pick your own tree from the thousands grown, then… timbeeeeeeer – watch one of the friendly staff chop it down. Nordmann Fir, Norway Spruce and Fraser Fir all available. Open now until 22 Dec.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-wokingham-christmas-trees-wokingham"><a href="https://www.wokinghamchristmastrees.co.uk/">Wokingham Christmas Trees</a>, Wokingham</h2>



<p>This family-run farm on the London Road in Wokingham does a roaring trade in traditional and Nordmann trees every winter, which can be hand-pruned to get that perfect Christmas tree shape (talk about a perfectionist!). It&#8217;s open 9am-7pm, offering local delivery for a tenner.</p>

<p>This place, would you believe it, sells Christmas trees. (I know, I know – it’s nominative determinism of unprecedented proportions.) Green Christmas Trees can be found at the Olde Leathern Bottel pub on the Barkham Road and is now open for business every day (7.30am-7pm). You can choose your tree (traditional and non-drop) before it’s netted and then the helpful staff will take it to your car. Prices from £25.</p>

<p>Just off the M4 at junction 12, you&#8217;ll find Cook &amp; Clark, a family run business selling Nordmann Firs and Norway Spruces in all sizes. Choose your tree online or in person (for collection or delivery) or pop along in person, they&#8217;ll add a stand if you need one and you can go wild with the upsells by adding a fresh wreath and festive wooden reindeer. Why not? Go big or go home.</p>

<p>Just outside Watlington, The Tree Barn at Christmas Common (again, no confusion here as to the purpose of this venture) is one of the big Christmas Tree players, delivering robust spruces to Downing Street no less. If you fancy mingling with the Christmas Tree elite, have your tree delivered, or roam the store/barn in person where there is, literally, every conceivable bauble you can buy. It’s open every day, 9am-5.30pm, plus there&#8217;s late openings on specific days, if you fancy swerving the masses.</p>
