<p>Feeling like a Scrooge and want to ditch the pantos? Well, by popular demand <strong>Theatre Royal Windsor</strong> is bringing back<strong><em> A Christmas Carol (On Air)</em></strong>. It&#8217;s a radio play performance that&#8217;s little on visuals, but big on dialogue, music and sound effects to tell the story. The star casting is yet to be announced but previous years have included <em>Eastenders</em> heart-throb, John Partridge, and The Sandbaggers star, Roy Marsden. Now that&#8217;s the spirit of Christmas!</p>

<p>Ha, ha! It&#8217;s only just Mister Tumble, aka Justin Fletcher! A demigod on the panto circuit, Mr T is back at <strong>The Hexagon</strong> in Reading for a brand-spanking new production of <em><strong>Cinderella</strong></em>, and to provide some much-needed festive relief. Multi-award-winning panto dame, <a href="https://berkshire.muddystilettos.co.uk/life/people/muddy-meets-panto-royalty-dame-paul-morse/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Paul Morse</a>, will also be in tow. Expect hilarious gags for all the family that just never ever get old. Plus, new for this year and for the first time ever, the panto is going digital with spellbinding moving backdrops. Magic.</p>

<p>Oh, you shall go to the ball! Maidenhead Panto is celebrating 6 years of side-splitting festive fun this year at <strong>Baylis Theatre</strong> in Maidenhead with their re-telling of magical <em><strong>Cinderella</strong></em>. It&#8217;s a certified classic that&#8217;s jam-packed with laughs, slapstick, and of course, audience participation (it wouldn&#8217;t be the same without it).</p>

<p>Newbury panto patrons and comedy writing duo Plested Brown and Wilsher are back with a show that promises plenty of magic and sparkle, fun and, of course, lots of laughter. This year it&#8217;s the magical masterpiece of <em><strong>Dick Whittington</strong></em> where Basil ventures to see if the streets of London really are paved with Gold. Spoiler alert: err, it&#8217;s not. Join the fun with fellow panto bigwigs including Kevin Cruise, dame&nbsp;Steven Blakeley, and Hilary O’Neil. Boom, Boom!</p>

<p>We&#8217;re dreaming of it, but in fact, it&#8217;s actually happening over at boutique theatre the <strong>Mill at Sonning</strong>. A <em><strong>White Christmas</strong></em> blows in on 27 Nov, based on the Paramount Pictures film. The heartwarming show follows two World War II veterans as they team up with a sister act to save a local inn and discover the true meaning of Christmas. Every ticket includes a two course meal too. Delish.</p>
