Win a three course meal with wine and cocktails for two at The Braywood

Oh, la la! Brand new fine dining restaurant The Braywood is seriously fancy. It only opened at the end of November and honestly, we’re already pretty obsessed. You better stop what you’re doing because you could be in with a chance of being one of the very first to get your chops around the gastronomical goods.

We’re giving away a fabulous 3-course lunch or dinner for two complete with welcome cocktail and a bottle of wine selected by the Sommelier to be enjoyed in January. Talk about a New Year treat!

The Braywood, located near Bray, is the younger sister to foodie heavyweight The Woodspeen, and in fact will be headed up in the kitchen by Chef Sam Brennan who was previously its head chef.

The interiors are mind blowingly swish – airy, warm and an apt backdrop to the seasonally pointed menu, rooted in local provenance. Expect everything from Orkney Scallops to Crab Agnolotti for starter, Fillet of Beef and Barbecued Monkfish for mains, and Salt Caramel Tart and Bitter Chocolate Soufflé for puds. Yum.

As for the bar (which requires no reservation by the way), it’s a glassy, green space that oozes sophistication with a wine list of over 600 wines (not even joking) to work through. The meticulously crafted cocktails sound utterly beautiful.

Convinced yet? If that doesn’t impress you, I don’t know what will. Take a snoop for clues here before answering the question below to be in with a chance of wining and dining at the hottest restaurant in town.
