There’s no fighting for space here. Class numbers are kept small – the Water Studio is limited to 14 people, and the Fire Studio to 10. In both, you’ll find underfloor heating, air conditioning and a Sonos surround sound system, aka the perfect environment to get your sweat (or calm) on. Plus, throughout the year, there’s numerous wellbeing workshops and special, one-off events hosted by leading practitioners. Commitment phobes, no need to worry. You can simply pay per class or block book. Easy.

Located on a farm, the two oak framed barns (formerly cart sheds) have been lovingly converted with careful attention to detail to retain their original features. Find exposed steel and wood beams in the two studios, flooded with light from the modish floor to ceiling windows.

In addition, there’s two beautiful treatment rooms for reiki, hypnotherapy, acupuncture, talking therapies and more, dressed to offer a serene and natural environment.
