Chef Owner Charlie Blacker has worked in three Michelin star restaurants in Kyoto and on private super yachts cooking for the rich and famous. His food is all big on flavour, using seasonal, nationally-grown produce.
The Pan-Asian inspired menu is pared back, offering 10 small plate dishes – three meat, three fish and four plant based, plus two puds. The emphasis is on bold flavours from fresh, seasonal produce, with something different on the menu every month.
