Dinner is served in the modern British restaurant 1215, overlooking the private terrace and manicured gardens and firmly connected to local history by taking its name from the year the Magna Carta was signed in nearby Runnymede. The menu is a celebration of local, seasonal produce and the highest quality ingredients.

Fairmont also boasts a seriously swish super spa which features a beautiful indoor pool, a courtyard hydrotherapy pool, cryotherapy chamber providing a three-minute blast at minus 110C; a thermal suite, stunning marble Hammam, a Himalayan Salt Room, 18 treatment rooms, hair salon, barbers, an aesthetics skincare clinic and VIP spa room.  And that’s not all there’s also a state of the art gym offering bespoke training, consultations and group classes, plus spin and reformer pilates studios, outdoor gym and tennis courts.
