Nikita is an author, creator, guide and above all – teacher. She devised her Dharma workshop through the merging of her experience in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) with spirituality, and it’s a class that focuses on carving out deeper meaning in your life. Across three hours you’ll learn how to connect with your higher self and be sensitively led on an introspective journey of self-discovery through guided meditations and journaling in a small group setting.
