Deep breath, stock up on wine and gin, we’re facing the Easter break head on. Rather than an exhaustive calendar of stuff to do, plus lots of scrolling through this and that, we’re scaling it back and really curating hard so that you can clearly see the very best in courses, days out locally, day trips away, adult stuff to do (nothing X-rated I’m afraid *sniff*) and suggestions for rainy days. 1/ COOKERY COURSES

Older Children’s Baking class, The Little Bakers @ Brown Bear Bakery Wokingham, Thur 6 April. Head to Holme Grange and leave your mini Jamies or Monicas to cook up a storm. Autism Friendly Week, The Watermill, Newbury, Mon 10 – Thur 13 April. Have a go at Shakespeare! All the holiday courses are autism friendly, but this one is particularly aimed at young people on the autistic spectrum. You’ll explore the weird and wonderful language, story and characters of Twelfth Night before watching the show in the theatre. £95 (1pm-4pm) including theatre ticket. Reading FC Soccer School, various locations, Mon 3 – Thur 20 April. Can you kick it? Yes you can. Once again Reading FC is running its ridiculous popular soccer schools. Tennis Camp, Windsor Tennis Club, Mon 3 – Thur 13 April. Game set and match, learn a new sport or improve your technique and co-ordination, but more importantly have lots of FUN!!
