<p>Roll up, roll up for a food extravaganza worth jumping through hoops for. Gifford&#8217;s Circus will be opening its travelling restaurant – <a href="https://www.stonor.com/circus-sauce-travelling-restaurant-from-giffords-circus/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="Circus Sauce (opens in a new tab)">Circus Sauce</a> – at Stonor Park nr Henley this week – and it&#8217;s the hottest ticket in town. Critics have gone nuts for it describing it as one of the most memorable and enjoyable restaurants imaginable. Better book yourself a table pronto. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings with a weekly changing menu of three-courses costing £35 adults and £25 children. <em>Stonor&#8217;s gardens and car park are open Wed – Sun and pre-booking is essential to adhere to social distancing rules. <p>An immersive family show (phew! at least it&#8217;s online) based on the works of the world’s No1 storyteller, Roald Dahl. His words are mysteriously disappearing not only from books but children’s minds too! Now only a Secret Organisation known as The Ancient Guild of Taletenders can save the stories and they need your help… Especially made for ages 6 and up. Tickets £10.</p>

<p>The ain’t no ordinary drive in, this is a drive in cinema on one of the most beautiful estates in Berkshire. Wasing is playing host to Star &amp; Mouse Drive In who’ll be bringing the Hollywood glamour and lashing of Americana swagger. The will be a whopper screen,. FM technology so you get your audio through your radio, DJ sets, car bingo, quizzes and live music. This week&#8217;s screening include <em>Rocketman</em>&nbsp;(23 Jul),&nbsp;<em>Pretty Woman</em>&nbsp;(24 Jul),&nbsp;<em>Dirty Dancing</em>&nbsp;(25 Jul), and<em> Knives Out</em>&nbsp;(26 Jul).</p>

<p>Why stop with one drive in when you can hit the metal with two? With Pub in the Park cancelled this year, the Michelin-starred Marlow marvel chef has instead organised a drive-in cinema experience, complete with a top-notch foodie offering (we wouldn’t expect anything less). There are loads of films on the movie reel including drive-in classic&nbsp;and 80s pottery porn<em> Ghost</em>&nbsp;(21 Jul), brilliant murder mystery&nbsp;<em>Knives Out</em>&nbsp;(24 Jul) <em>Incredibles 2</em>&nbsp;(25 Jul) and defining Eighties blockbuster <em>E.T</em> (26 Jul)&nbsp;. <p>Isn’t this just beautiful? The image was taken by&nbsp;legendary fashion and celebrity photographer Nick Knight (he’s photographed the Queen, you know!). He’s coming up roses with an exhibition at Waddesdon Manor, which features manipulated photographs of roses inspired by the work of 16th- and 17th-century still life painters like Jan Brueghel the Elder and Jan van Huysum. <p> Feeling fruity?&nbsp;<a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="http://graysfarm.co.uk/" target="_blank">Gray&#8217;s Farm</a>, in Wokingham, is the biggie in our are for hand-picked punnets. There’s no need to book, and you only pay for what you pick.&nbsp;<a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.thefruitfields.co.uk/" target="_blank">Copa&#8217;s Farm Fruit Fields</a>,&nbsp;near Maidenhead, is also open but you have two hours max to grab and go.</p>

<p>How cool is this print? The Bodleian’s&nbsp;<em>The Art of Advertising</em>&nbsp;has gone online; a whistle-stop tour through British advertising from the mid-18th century to the 1930s, you can see prints from&nbsp;the&nbsp;Bodleian’s renowned John Johnson Collection of Printed Ephemera.</p>
