Jo Gilder is a big-hearted, creative director with oodles of experience – leading the way, in a tricky industry, to be as green as she can. She’s also an ambassador and educator for Kevin Murphy products – a brand that fits in with her ethos of being kind to your hair and the environment, without compromising on the finish.

Big Muddy marks for their forward-thinking vibes from the regular training and development sessions with Kevin Murphy UK to the product refills and biodegradable towels and colouring bowls (anything to ditch single use plastic, here). It’s a real treat to come here and you’ll always feel inspired.
