Overseen by Head Chef Paul O’Neill (a Roux Scholar who has worked alongside André Garrett), The Cliveden Dining Room has proudly retained 3 AA Rosettes for many years.
O’Neill’s innovative dishes, fastidious preparation and immaculate finishes shine through in each exquisitely crafted creation. His love of locally sourced and fresh produce means the three course à la carte and eight-course tasting menus are governed by English ingredients, guided by the seasons.
The interior is a vision of Art Deco loveliness – lots of baggy velvet and draped silk with views down the south lawn. It’s elegant, but not stuffy.
