Wouldn’t you though?

Yes I flippin’ would. I am on a bit of an odyssey for a mid-century style chair that doesn’t look I’ve picked it out of the Sixties cliché manual and begads, I think I’ve found it!

This Remington chair is by OKA and manages to blend old and new, with its polished stainless steel frame and recycled elm slats held together with aged leather straps. I like the clash of the square legs and the curved frame. You could see this in a cool contemporary garden too but don’t go there people – it’s for indoor use only.

Some cool stuff in the Spring collection at the moment. I haven’t seen anything like this Versailles mirror nest of tables before (£425).

I really like these heavily distressed antique bronze finish vases for indoors.

These Santerno lamps come in clear or coloured glass bases

At the more traditional end of the spectrum, I also loved these English garden frame prints, £155 for 9 – a really lovely way to create a feature wall without costing a fortune.

And this blue and white tickign stripe sofa which seems brilliant value to me – an OKA three-seater for £1795!!

Here’s the link for the Spring collection, the whole collection here – it’s vast! – or if you’re near Sunninghill or Froxfield (on the border of Berkshire and Wiltshire) there are stores in those locations too.
