Posh and Saucy

Feeling saucy? Put your best knickers away, we're talking condiments – Posh Sauces, to be precise. The humble Tommy K has been given an epic celebrity chef makeover – and you're gonna love it..

If you’re about to break the seal on your barbecue this weekend or need something to dip a chip in or pimp up that big brekkie, then you need Posh Sauces in your life. They’ve just gone on sale in Ocado and they’re next level tasty, currently making every dish decidedly more delicious than the capabilities of my cooking.

Created personally by celebrity chef Marco Pierre White and James Robertson – co-owners of the fancyyyyyy London Steakhouse Co. restaurants in Chelsea and the City – Posh Sauce was whipped up in the kitchen to offer quality condiments to complement the food they serve.

There was no way Marco and James’s diners were going to be dipping their first class fries in an average pool of ketchup. Wanna know what they’re like? Because I ‘ve been slathering my food in the three sauces currently on offer… Posh Ketchup, Posh Brown Sauce and Posh Mustard. And I can assure you, once you try Posh, there will be no going back.

Ketchup with a kick. Tommy K is so easy to get wrong. The tomato flavour often annihilated by sugar and vinegar, but Posh Ketchup has a fresh tomato flavour with a bit of kick provided by a adding horseradish and mustard. It has a bit of a relish taste to me, but it tastes amazing with everything from fries, burgers, sarnies, cooked meats and the perfect partner with bacon and eggs for breakfast.

I didn't think you could improve on HP. So bleedin' British, it's got Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament on the label. That's until I tried Posh Brown Sauce – it's fruity, spicy and absolutely perfect with a sausage sarnie or a shepherd's pie. I've even converted my mum.  Try it and leet me know what you think.

A mustard but not as you know it. It has the punch of English mustard but the consistency of a sauce – a slightly thinner version of American mustard Frenchies, but packed with the very best of British flavour. It's the special relationship we bang on about but, sideline Trump and May, and add sauce and steaks. A match made in foodie heaven. YUM!
