Found! Perfect spring knits
Cold? Until spring gets the memo, wrap yourself in Kiki & Bow's fab 50-50 cashmere jumpers.
I’ve never met a grey knit I didn’t like and this perky spring jumper is no exception. It’s from Kiki & Bow, a chic new womenswear and homeware boutique in Pangbourne; The lightening bolt sets it apart from the 3,000 other grey sweaters in my wardrobe and has joined the celestial trend from last season, that’s still going string for SS18. In fact you’ll find stars here too and check out the stunning bit of faux fur.

But back to the sweater of dreams, it’s a 50-50 cashmere and Lana wool fine gauge knit, ideal for chilly mornings or evenings and the cut is pleasingly loose (can’t abide a tight sweater, personally). At £49.50, it’s a fab price – hand wash as opposed to washing machine friendly, but as someone with a long history of ruining dry clean-only sweaters by assuming they’ll be fine in the washing machine (they won’t), hand wash will do.
Do have a look at the rest of the stock – there’s plenty of cute knits, tops and accessories to jazz up your workaday jeans and give yourself something to smile about on these chilly spring days. It’s also affordable. These tops are all around the £30 mark, owner Katarina tends to stock French labels and refreshes the rails pretty frequently. So you’re not going to see everyone wearing the same thing.
It’s worth noting the homeware is really good. I have bought my friends a few of these tea light holders and I treated myself to a machine washable sheepskin to drape over the sofa. Think The White Company meets Anthropologie – neutral quirky. The scented candle are also luscious – made by a fella who worked with Jo Malone, they are made with natural plant wax, burn for 60 hours and come with an elegant glass dome. All for £18.
