André Garrett at Cliveden
Muddy says: The André Garrett is fine dining without the pretension. Surrounded by baggy velvet in the Art Deco dining room, the beautiful dishes are seasons, modern and full of flavour.
The André Garrett has just been named one of the top 20 restaurants in the UK. And accolade much deserved by the talented André Garrett, who joined Cliveden from the city lights of Mayfair.
The restaurant is a vision of Art Deco loveliest – lots of baggy velvet and draped silk with views down the south lawn. It’s elegant, but not stuffy.
André’s innovative dishes, fastidious preparation and immaculate finishes shine through in each exquisitely crafted creation.
His love of locally sourced and fresh produce means the three course à la carte and eight-course tasting menus are governed by English ingredients, guided by the seasons.
André Garrett is a ridiculously talented chef, working in a ridiculously beautiful hotel. It’s a match made in foodie heaven.
