London’s museums and art galleries are the best in the world, in my opinion – and they’re one of the few things I miss about living in the city. However, it’s not exactly hard to jump on a train for a day of culture and this is the ideal time for a jaunt, just as museums open their major Spring exhibitions. Half term is looming large, so in the interest of keeping our sanity, here’s my bumper Muddy guide to the coolest activities, day trips and top notch theatre to keep your kids entertained and save you from tearing your hair out.
